In order to provide you with the freshest and highest quality products, your order will ship out in the numerical order it was received. The Majority of our items online are in stock, however, there are unforeseen circumstances, large orders wipe out our stock, and it may take us a few days to build fresh product.

A Tracking number will be sent to the address you provided during check out as soon as the product ships.
 

FRESH OLIVES: Fresh Olives will ship in the order in which they are received and by availability by variety. Sevillano Olives are more common and usually ship before Lucques. Olives are picked, sorted and placed in the cold room until they reach 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This allows us to send you the freshest olives and to ensure you receive them in the best possible condition.

A Tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided during check out, as soon as the product ships. We would like to provide you with the best possible customer service, most orders ship within a few days. If you have not received a tracking number within five days, please email admin@greatolives.co we will try to respond within 24 hours.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If any of your items are damaged during shipping please notify your delivery person immediately and take pictures of the damage (we may need them to pursue a claim for you.) If they are not available please email admin@greatolives.co with the number of damaged items and your order number if possible (or call us at 530-865-9810.)

WHOLESALE ORDERS OVER 150 LBS:

If your wholesale order goes over 150 lbs you will notice that UPS will no longer give you a quote, just choose "Weight Based Shipping", this will let you complete your order online. We put in high rates, but we can almost always get you a better price on the shipping. We check with several long distance carriers and go with the least expensive, then we call you and tell you what the new shipping cost will be and credit your payment method with the difference.
