We do not offer refunds if you dislike the taste of the product. If you are not familiar with the Old World curing and spicing methods used with our olives, we suggest you try ordering just one jar each of different types. If you are as thrilled with our product as we hope you will be, you can then order larger quantities.

We do not refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
Any legal matters arising out of any transaction shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Legal jurisdiction for all matters shall be the State of California and venue shall be the County of Glenn, State of California, USA.
Incorrect shipping addresses are subject to a $20.00 charge.
We reserve the right to ship your order via a different shipper than you selected, if necessary, in order to meet your delivery requirements.

We use FedEx almost exclusively. The default shipping method is FedEx Ground in the continental United States, that means the contiguous 48 states. We also offer FedEx 2 Day, FedEx First Overnight and FedEx Express Saver. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Our rates are very reasonable, and are figured according to weight and box size. We include a small handling fee to cover our costs for labor and packaging material.
We do not offer low prices on our products only to then profit on shipping and handling fees, because we want your business again.
If you want to see how reasonable our rates are, you can start a shopping cart with a product, put your information in and see what the rate is, then empty the cart (unless we've convinced you, of course.)
The shipping costs do go down as a percentage of your total when you order more items. This is true of any cost based shipping system.
Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 3-10 business days after receipt of your order. That means weekends and holidays do not count as business days. And if you live on the east coast, the shipping alone can take up to 7 business days, so it could be as long as 14 business days for delivery.
